first of all, thank you for all your love and prayers. some cool experiences i've had this week are as follow, they are way awesome so get ready. so first of all, my comps and i have been praying that we would get to hear an apostle come speak while we were here. it was kind of a long shot because we were only supposed to be here for two devotionals.but we prayed anyway. so lo and behold, on tuesday night, who walks in to speak to us? elder cook~~~ we were so exctited~sorry the exclamation point isn't working on this computer.but anyway, we were all like whoa, heavenly father loves us. then elder cook delivered an incredible message that i really needed to hear about how privileged we are to be serving right now and that no matter what other feelings we've had, we were all in the right place doing what the lord wants us to do. he gave us an incredible apostolic blessing and blessed us that our service now would not only be a blessing to us as missionaries, but to the people we teach, our children , grandchildren and posterity all the days of our lives. it was so powerful.
then another tender mercy came when we had been trying to track down this one teacher to teach us how to better use preach my gospel and create a doctrinal database. this teacher was quitting soon, but on wednesday our regular teacher announced that she had convinced hno taggart to come teach us~ i was so thrilled, i had intense spiritual fire lit under my fanny when he tauhgt. it was an incredible lesson and i received so much inspiration, revelation, and insight on how peach could become a better missionary, it was exactly what i personally needed. the lord truly does hear our prayers and loves us so much. he wants whats best for all his children. oh i just love being on a mission.
lets see, there is so much to say. we also had camille fronk olsen come speak to us un relief society this last sunday, she is a powerful speaker, i will send you my notes from her talk.the mtc is just so packed with spiritual people and experiences, i love it~ did i mention im the only sister in my zone now with 20 elders? yeah, about that. they are all great missionaries, it will just be weird to be the only girl(never thought you'd hear me say that, right?)jk.but its great to be surrounded by the priesthood. i love the temple. i love this work, love all of you and im praying for you. thanks for your prayers, love and support.
